The White River Junction, VT Branch of Local 301 has prevailed in another 'Casuals In Lieu Of' Career employees case, resolving a grievance on the issue in exchange for a Corrective Action that includes an agreement with the USPS to hire seven additional career Mail Handlers and almost $40,000.00 in cash payments to be distributed to Mail Handlers both on the Overtime Desired List (OTDL) and those who are not on the OTDL in the WRJ Branch.
